  • The digital content has not been downloaded or accessed, and

  • No coaching session or course has already been delivered or started.

Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or a live session has begun, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies.
